Do you think that in 1917, there was a rumor that the proletariat was going to take over Russia and storm the Czar's Palace and kill the royal family? Nahhhhhh. More likely there was a rumor that the Czar was going to make food illegal for the unemployed! Which made the first rumor into a reality.
See that's the thing about rumors. They are precursors of reality. Rumors generally implicate the Oligarch or King in some horrific LIFEBOAT THEORY plot against the rabble.. How many rumors have you heard about the 13 families, New World Order, Cheney, Rumsfeld and the Bush Cabal?? Thousands, right? How they're readying all the old army bases as concentration camps for those of us who don't have plastic? How they're Pelting us with poison, flouride in our water, contrails, all designed to make our brains into silly putty?
They've probably heard a rumor or two, -- that we are going to impeach them for lying about Saddam Weaponsof Mass Destruction, torturing hundreds of Arabs and trashing the Constitution. In any case, it's perhaps time to keep track of the Big Rumors circulating now. It would be kind of like keeping a finger on the Public Pulse, the group's third eye. I feel a RUMOR INDEX would be a great webpage to ask the general internet public to add to, so I want to start it quite fittingly on Columbus Day 2007. He was a guy who sailed an ocean in search of a rumor! (The rumor was a tad off. The Indies weren't there but in a way, he made it true, he created the WEST INDIES, and anyone who's ever vacationed in Antigua thanks him for that.

Well howsabout the RUMOR INDEX? 
This lightbulb hit me when MY PAL Bob wrote me of a rumor he heard. "I saw this PBS show back in the 80's where they were talking about the World bank doing a study about what race would dominate the world because of the way they breed and how many kids they had. It came back that the dark skin races would over populate the white skin races in the future. The World Bank supported Germany's extermination of the dark skin races of the Mediterranean. At first they started with the Jews but had planned to take on other races. Really makes you wonder what that "New World Order" is all about. I also heard a lecture on "Capitalism" it said that it would fail because of the amount of money on the black market."

You could send the ART BELL COAST TO COAST type rumor, -- stuff

rumors, poison being deliberately spread by air, making us manipulateable.
Rumors can be the lastest holistic info like TOOTHPASTE addling our brains

which is in every brand of toothpaste.
