Frugal Tip of the WeekThe BIBLE Bread I favor (EZEKIEL Bible Bread,) went from $1.79 to $3.99 then settled after six months back at $3.29. I guess grain prces settled slightly but I imagine that with the 2012 coming inflation, it will go even higher. INFLATION IS COMING. and Worse than we perhaps can imagine. I think it's as that's how governments winnow their debt load down to zip! When the three trillion dollars that they owe will buy a loaf of bread, then they simply hand 2 trillion over to the chinese. HEREis : THREE TRILLION, all for you! Course it's worth zip.

As for my bread supply? At Grain stores & HORSE SHOPS
are all over my area, grain is cheap. So I boned up on
the benefits of bible bread and how easy it is to make
out of grains, millet, wheat, rye, spelt, ricehttp://www.masterjules.net/biblebread.htm

meanwhile my trick, my tip. NOTE the expiration date on
your fave flavor of bible bread. Mine is sesame. I see that on
the 22nd it is outdated. Well on the 22nd, At 7 am, market opens
The bread girl goes thru the hundreds of loaves, picking
out 'dates ' that expire that day. If I arrive at that
hour, 8am outside, I seek out my brand, (as she hasn't
done the whole shelf 100 feet long yet,
she'll 'reprice' the loaf! HALF PRICE. I am always courteous
and thank her with a grateful smile!
BUT GO AT FOUR PM? All bible bread is gone firstAt rare times I can't get to market in morn, I'd buy
a marked down 'whole wheat' or whole grain bread loaf made
by another corporation? Well, it's not BIBLE bread and immediately I get mucus,
get all sniffly, not a cold, just a lot of mucus. But BIBLE BREAD
does not aflict that way. CLEAN BURNING!Now, last tip. Three bucks is costly. I cannot afford any
mold, so I freeze the loaf immediately, take out two slices
every a.m. to toast up. If my kids were here, were younger
they'd have to make sandwiches with that cold bread. Whole
