SQUARE BY CITY: Mayor Blooombag said that tents and tarps are
not part of the right to assembly. He included BOOKS, though he said
nothing on the subject. All were taken. Who is he to decide when where
and how people can assemble and petition for redress of greivences?
Who is he or TOP COP KELLY to decide whether or not people can speak without
permits, without subjection to some bureaucrat? Their eviction
notice promised the tents, sleeping bags, stoves and fire extinguishers
would be returned at Sanitation Dept. parking lot. THEY LIED. Let's call
for the arrest of the mayor and Cop Chief Kelly for violation of their
oaths of office and violation of OUR constitutional rights and at very
least, let's VOTE FOR ALEC
BALDWIN for MAYOR in the next election. Let's call for BLOOMBERG
and KELLY to be removed from office for violating the Constitution
of the United States. Our chess move should be immediate and crisp,
calling for the mayors of all the cities where the OWS has
been evicted, beat up or sent into a bean bag coma or even murdered
(black boy in Oakland, after 2 days at OWS) and not allowed to assemble.
Let's call for the mayors to peacefully be arrested & charged with
the crimes they have committed. The loss of all costly, personal property
and ID's purses, etc. at Zucotti is no small matter! I call for the
same punishment against the out of control and violence-prone police who
have carried out those orders. It's not enough to say "I'm blameless as
the mayor or police chief told me to do it." Officer Bologna? You get that?
