Oh is RECESSION ever GOOD FOR THE BRAIN! We're suddenly hungry like lions,  wily as Rand Think Tank-ers,  clever as the Oligarchs were -- when they made their first billion --- smart about the crass stuff, spotting open doors, on top of new regulations that give opportunity for huge profits. We're hip to money, avid to make a 40 hour week crank out the most cash it can. I am talking about making our fortune. BILLING Big Bosses a million a month. You can do it. Thanks to OBAMA CARE.

Most big corps today cannot go hire more workers due to all the NEW Obamacare restrictions. See aside from some mandated bad HMO CARE, there are stuck in that Bill some very BAD LAWS! CEOS are forced by GOV to have CO PAY in Obamacare  and God knows what else licensing fees rigamarole, ---so much costly and heavy restrictive City, State and Federal CODES lay on their shoulders that they hesitate to HIRE new workers, or inhouse service staffs. BUT THEY NEED specialized WORKERS. They also want MORE SPACE, more PRODUCT and that requires more hands on board.

There's a  way for a CEO to get around restrictions: hiring workers that come to them through INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS who act like a personnel firm and give the corp the workers that they need without their being 'longtime hired.' The contractor must be INCORPORATED which takes a hour of desk work and a stamp. Here's what a guest on Sean Hannity said: You can GET A JOB FASTER, SIMULTANEOUSLY circumventing Obamacare's threat by being a CEO of your own flock of specialized workers.

On Sean Hannity, the guest was a CEO who told Sean that he'd found a way to keep his employees, without succumbing to the Obamacare mandates. His plan is simply the stuff of  America.....and how we always find ways to get through. The guest said he could not run his company without his current contingent of employees. He also stated that his company was just not big enough, or successful enough to  withstand the ravages of the Obamacare mandates. I think the plan he has devised to circumvent Obamacare's  threat to his business, his success, and his employees, is nothing short of BRILLIANT.

He was planning on having  his employees, 'incorporate' into small companies. (But you would do it backwards which is my idea. You incorporate  and then sidle up to big Corporations who need net tekkies, text writers, website designers, P.R. people, editors, security, personnel  specialists..whatever it is you know how to do, cuz you gotta train folks to do it!)

Those 'corporations' will then  be 'contracted' as individual businesses to work for him. Because none of those contracted companies will be  comprised of enough 'workers' to be held to the Obamacare mandates, he doesn't have to follow, they don't have  to follow, he keeps his employees, and they keep their jobs. No one gets laid off or let go. This gentleman is going  to help his employees through their incorporation process, and will aid them in handling the legal affairs that such a  move entails. Far cheaper to help his employees work for themselves, than to pay the government exorbitant fees,  and risk losing everything he and they have worked for. American genius at work if he can pull it off, IMHO!

I didn't write that, I found it online. And I feel it would be very useful for any energetic unemployed person you know. I remember the author of CEO. Sandra Kurtzig. She worked for Hewlett Packard, a subsidiary  which served banks doing their info data storage. "I could do that out of my garage if I had a mainframe " she thought. She got a mainframe, opened her own INFO STORAGE biz & made 450 million dollars. Now she has a new Corp, Kenady. Read up on the girl but the main thing is --there are MANY subsidiary services which every corp in USA needs. Ecological storage of waste or its removal, or just collection of rain runoff trash, personnel services, janitorial or ARMED SECURITY ... that last It is the only industry in America growing  at a feverish rate. CORPORATE SECURITY .

The concept is that the corporations do not NEED or want more "IN HOUSE" EMPLOYEES. Your Incorporating so that you can do OUTSIDE contracting makes this a sure thing . Again, security is not the ONLY INDUSTRY where incorporating and presenting yourself to major FIRMS works. There are endless others. PC TEKKIE SERVICES which now are inhouse become contracted. Ask around the big corps' staff, see what kind of thing they need. It seems hard, right but once you put one foot in front of the other, heck you were going to be alive working that day and the next, ANYWAY. Might as well duke it out. After all, TUFF TIMES make for TUFF PEOPLE!
