I, like any ex sweetie of a guy who had insufficiency issues and who cheated, --I look at the Spitzer Scandal through a jaundiced yet always sympathetic eye. The pathos of the Spizter Debacle doesn't escape me. I write 'pomes' so I go at this tragic theme.

I send out that whoopie cushion of an email to my list (write astrology at earthlink net and you can be on it, I do your basic conspiracy theory and progressive rant.) and WHOOPS! Another email comes right back at me from ex editor of big Mother Jones type magazine:"Anita: Elliot Spitzer nearly cracked open the 9/11 issues, and threw it into Bush's face, and he has always hated the International Bankers. Don't fall for this foolish hooker crap!" OOPS! I suddenly switched my tone.

They nipped him in the theory;

I was so repentent. So now, I went and did some homework! Went to the dictionary, first.

He's permanently out of comish.

SO UTTERLY drench a loose cannon with saliva and

"Spitzered" ....." Conjugated Verb as in "I suddenly Spitzered they were watching me....," i.e. to have a sudden cognition or intuition that you're being watched by spies or authorities who consider you an Enemy of the State and who seek to compromise you, who mean to ruin your reputation and who are just waiting for you to commit an infraction. Akin to 60's 'pot paranoia' but post 1984, threat has hair on it.
"Spitzer up" Verb to suddenly realize that you have to be impeccable, perfect so you 'spitzer up.' Watch your P's and Q's. as in "Tom Cruise suddenly spitzered up when he married Katie."

GOODMAN, on FM, talking about all of it. THE STUFF they did
