and who cheated, --I look at the Spitzer Scandal through a jaundiced
yet always sympathetic eye. The pathos of the Spizter Debacle doesn't escape
me. I write 'pomes' so I go at this tragic theme.

I send out that whoopie cushion of an email to my list and WHOOPS! Another email comes right back at me from ex editor of big Mother Jones type magazine:"Anita: Elliot Spitzer nearly cracked open the 9/11 issues, and threw it into Bush's face, and he has always hated the International Bankers. Don't fall for this foolish hooker crap!"
OOPS! I suddenly switch my tone.

I was so repentent. So now, I went and did some homework! Went to the dictionary, first.

Conjugated Verb as in "I suddenly Spitzered they were watching me....," i.e. to have a sudden cognition or intuition that you're being watched by spies or authorities who consider you an Enemy of the State and who seek to compromise you, who mean to ruin your reputation and who are just waiting for you to commit an infraction. Akin to 60's 'pot paranoia' but post 1984, threat has hair on it.
"Spitzer up" Verb to suddenly realize that you have to be impeccable, perfect so you 'spitzer up.' Watch your P's and Q's. as in "Tom Cruise suddenly spitzered up when he married Katie."
So after digging in the dictionary, I start GOOGLING and Lo and Behold!
SPITZER was DIGGING INTO the jugular of the CARLYLE GROUP,
(BUSH's PRIVATE BANK), and into LARRY SILVERSTEIN owner of WTC pulling
cash away from Carylyle and into Bear Stearns Corp's crooked affairs
to the extent that Carlyle/
Stearns and Elliot all collapsed on the same day! What are the
chances?
